Thank you for your interest in ImageTek Mfg. In order for us to expedite the quoting process, please provide us with as much of the following information as possible. If this information is not readily available – that’s okay. Submit the Request for quote and our engineers will be in touch to discuss your project further.

  • A comprehensive Bill of Materials for the desired assembly – please include, where possible: part information with manufacturers’ name, part number and part description – indicate any parts that are customer supplied. Also, please indicate whether substitute equivalent parts are acceptable. Information should be supplied in an Excel file format if possible.
  • Any available CAD or PDF Files – ImageTek Mfg. is equipped to work in any common CAD format.
  • Test Procedures and Specifications – Is test equipment to be supplied or do we build?
  • Gerber Files and any available assembly drawings.
  • References to any specific Standards to be met.
  • X – Y placement data for SMT parts if available.
  • Conformal Coating requirements.
  • Any special tooling, packaging or labeling requirements.
